sry i’m so into rolling colors right now guys. i get a lot of ask box messages about how to do it in photoshop. here is a quick tutorial:

to make this gif (which you guys can and should use for whatever you want) start a new project in photoshop.

fill the area with a color (i usually use red). duplicate the layer and change the hue (ctrl+u) by 15 degress. (for most of my gifs i usually half the number of frames and do a 30 degree color difference between each color) duplicate that layer and continue the process until you’ve gone through the rainbow (24 layers). make into frames, and VOILA. there u go.
